Their plans are usually just a floor plan and a picture of the finished house.  They sell floor plans, we sell full working sets of Architectural blueprints.  Contractors, inspectors, and Architects need a complete set of blueprints to stamp, inspect and build your home.  

If you pick one of our already made plans from the home plans tab, you will only pay $300.00 for a complete set.
